In MapleStory, it can be very frustrating to get stuck in the Henesys Pet Park (also called the Pet Walking Road).

Usually, players complain about being unable to get up to the transportation cat statue on the very top platform at the beginning of the obstacle course. Don’t worry; there is a simple, uncomplicated way to reach the figure and get out of the Pet Park.

You have to come down from the course and go to the first cat at the beginning of the course on the same ground as you. Next, press “Up” on this cat. This will transport you to the transportation cat on the platform.

Why Do You Need to Get to Pet Park?

You might be wondering why you need to get to Pet Park at all.

In MapleStory, pets are creatures which accompany you around and can perform commands. They can be purchased from the Cash Shop, although some are rewarded for completing quests or participating in Events.

If you have a pet, there are two reasons why you might need to get to Pet Park.

1. Water of Life

Pets are usually only alive (active) for a duration of 90 days, after which they become dolls. You have the option of reviving the pets by purchasing “Water of Life” found in the Cash Shop and through the completion of a quest, although pets obtained from quests and events can’t be brought back to life.

To revive your pet, go to Marr’s Forest, where you will find Marr the Fairy (the only NPC in the area). Marr’s Forest is a hidden area and is located at Ellinia Town.

When you talk to Marr the Fairy, she will ask you to bring her Water of Life and the Life Scroll. Water of Life costs 4500 Acash at the Cash Shop.

You will have to go to Pet Park to talk to Bartos, the instructor. When you speak to him, you will have to answer a few questions about the pet to get the Life Scroll. You can attempt the quiz as many times as possible.

When you return to Marr with these items, she will revive your pet.

2. MultiPet

You can have a maximum of three in MapleStory. If you want this ability, you’ll have to go to the Cash Shop and buy a Pet Snack.

Next, you’ll have to take the treat to Instructor Bartos, and you’ll be asked to locate a hidden note. By completing the Jump Quest and then double-clicking the basket of kittens located at the very top, you’ll be able to get the note.

Returning to Bartos will allow you to gain the “Follow the Lead” skill that enables more than one pet to follow you at a go.

How to Leave Pet Park

If you find yourself stuck in Pet Park for hours, don’t worry. There’s a simple way to get out.

When you try to transport yourself out of there through your dashboard, you will be directed to a cat statue on a raised platform in the obstacle course. You may find it challenging to get up to the cat.

You have to come down from the course and go to the first cat at the beginning of the course on the same ground as you. Next, press “Up” on this cat. This will transport you to the transportation cat on the platform. Pressing “Up” on the cat will finally transport you out of Pet Park.
