Cooking NPC Vendors
You will have to start by finding cooking vendors. This guy has a ton of important things up his sleeves, including critical cooking equipment and essential ingredients like common salt, slime, etc.
One of the best tips to find one of these vendors is by using the “Find NPC” feature. It has a separate icon, and you can easily find it on the top right-hand corner of your screen. The icon very closely resembles a magnifying glass.
How Beginners Should Approach
It is highly recommended for someone who has just started playing the game to go for some low-priced cooking equipment. At the beginning of the game, most players do not have plenty of silver and hence should save it whenever possible.

Cooking Utensil Placement
Once you are done with getting a home yourself, you have to enter it, where you will then be prompted to start cooking. First, look at the top of your screen. There should be a “Place Mode” icon there. Once you found it, click on it.
Now you have to look for the “Cooking Utensil” button, which is on the top-left corner of your screen. You have to hover back at the room that you were in once again after pressing the icon.

You can change ingredient quantities in recipes based on the rating of the ingredient.
- One green is equivalent to around two to four whites (4 for most recipes, 3 for coconut pasta and delotta recipes)
- One blue is equivalent to around nine whites.
- You can replace one green grade constituent with 2-3 elements of the white category. The same goes for white with green grade.
- You can replace one blue grade constituent with 3-5 white grade ingredients. The same is true for white with blue grade.
- You need to preserve the white while ensuring that they remain in the same quality before they dry out.
- One green dried fish before it dries out is going to be accounted as one fresh fish.
- You can displace the wheat requirement detailed for the Beer Recipe with any cereal such as Barley.
After considering all the items, you need to choose ingredients one by one for the first cooking attempt. If you want to make the recipe many times, you need to use the continual production button.
